DISC Profiling
In the 1920’s, Psychologist William Marston created the DISC Personality System from theory founded in Greek mythology. Today DISC is a powerful assessment tool used in leadership & management, sales, team appraisals and conflict management.
It measures a person’s thinking, motivations and behavioural or personality styles (we are all a blend of 4 in DISC; Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientious). A better understanding of self and others, and knowing how to adapt our preferred style can help us to relate to and influence others, resolve conflict and build high performing, successful teams.
Jules Harrower Coaching can conduct DISC profiling with individuals or teams. The assessments are simple to complete and the comprehensive reports are easy to understand and to apply in real-life situations.
